SofTech Signs New Reseller in Italy, Prisma Engineering Srl
SofTech Expands European Presence for ProductCenter PLMTEWKSBURY, Mass. — Apr 8, 2004 — SofTech, Inc. (OTCBB: SOFT), a leading provider of design-through-manufacturing productivity solutions, announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Prisma Engineering Srl, further expanding its presence in Europe. With offices in Milano, Rome, Padova, and Bologna, Prisma Engineering will provide SofTech’s ProductCenter™ PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions and support services to companies using Autodesk® mechanical design solutions under an exclusive agreement throughout Italy.
